Rock legend Rod Stewart will perform live in the summer of 2011 at the home of Norwich City FC.Stewart wanted to attract at least thousands of fans to Carrow Road on 8 June.
Norwich City's head of sales and markiting Will Hov said, "The club is thrilled to confirm Rod Stewart will be performing live".
During the close season Elton John and George Michael have past played together at the ground.
Mr Hov said, "This is going to be another massive concert for the people of Norfolk to enjoy. I'm sure it will bring Rod's fans from right across the country. It is a major boost to the club and the area to have an artiste of this calibre choosing to play at the Carrow Road stadium".
